The Garuda tribe settled down on a delta area that is located on south of the Deva tribe's region and southeast of Mantra plateau and they got to live in the subtropical zone that is good place to live in and where is possible to crop three a year. The Garuda tribe has been continuously studied in Mantra that enables them to recover its lower physical strength caused by abundant environment. Generally it educates men to produce tools related to mantra, women to be a warrior who can freely use mantra to combating.
The same as the Deva tribe they are good at using Mantra and have great resistance ability against Mantra but they have defects of weaker physical strength and usually seriously get hurt when they are closely attacked. They know well how to amplify the power of Mantra and they supply other tribes including the Deva tribe with those knowledge and tools they make.
